MY STORY


My name is Jennifer, and chances are we have a lot in common.

Like millions of others I’ve struggled with my weight and self-image for as long as I can remember.

I’ve been on every diet you can imagine, good ones, bad ones, you name I’ve done it. Tried lots of home exercise equipment, and have been in and out of the gym for years.

I’ve lost weight, gained weight, you know the drill.

But it was about a year and a half ago after I had a scary medical emergency that got me to a wonderful endocrinologist, Dr. Advani who uncovered a medical condition that was making it very difficult for me to lose weight. Dr. Advani’s insights and medical advice combined with music became the MOTIVATING factors that not only helped me lose 100 LBS and keep it off, it’s made me see first hand how powerful the right medical diagnosis, the right diet matched to your individual body chemistry, and a lot of MOTIVATION can transform your body, mind and soul for life!

















MY ULTIMATE MOTIVATOR… MUSIC

For as long as I can remember music has always been a big part of my life, and like most little girls I started “singin’ + movin’” at a very early age.













But it was a series of great teachers and coaches over the years that discovered and nurtured my singing abilities.





So it’s not surprising that for me music has become the secret MOTIVATING force to my 100LB weight loss success.

Loving heart-pumping dance music, especially when I’m working out, I created a play list of my all time favorites for my iPod.

I’ve been listening to music for years but this time something clicked that has made all the difference in the world to stay MOTIVATED.

I realized that I if kept my music close by my side, on my iPod, in my car, on my laptop, not only to use at the gym to maximize my workouts, but also to turn it on whenever I felt I needed a boost in my MOTIVATION to eat healthy, that might be just the consistent MOTIVATION I needed to stay on plan, and it has been.

It’s a lot easier to pass on making a less than healthy food choice when you start listening to one of the songs that I was “movin’ + sweatin’” to in the morning.

But it was one song in particular out of my play list that really inspired and MOTIVATED me the most throughout my 100LB weight loss journey and that was a song titled “Don’t Stop Movin’”.

A song with such a powerful beat and MOTIVATING lyrics that it always brings my intensity and energy to the next level whenever I listen to it.

A song I think has the potential to MOTIVATE all of us to be the best we can be.

That’s what inspired me to record it and create this web site.
