As excited as Jennifer is to have lost a lot of weight, she’s even more excited to have her story, music and web sites be a positive motivating force for promoting weight loss, exercise and wellness to people of all ages, especially children, as we all know that it’s easy to teach a young kid new tricks.
So in the spirit of motivating people to get up off the couch and just “start movin’”Jennifer thought it would be fun to ask people to submit videos of their “best calorie burnin’ moves”.
It could be walking, running, swimming, lifting weights, pilates, yoga or something totally off the wall as long as it “burnin’” off some calories.
As long as it’s tasteful, pretty much the skies the limit!
Hey if all you can do is manage to take some video of you finally getting off the couch she’ll take that as well, but don’t forget your pets “best moves” too!
Each week Jennifer will post the “Best of the Best” videos she selects edits and lays in an audio track of “don’t stop movin’” for each video that’s submitted.
